Fla. Redistricting Foes Seek High Court Review

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 1:48 PM EDT) -- A coalition of nonprofits challenging a congressional reapportionment plan in Florida asked the state's high court on Friday to review an appellate court ruling that bars them from deposing state lawmakers and legislative staff to determine if the plan was crafted with a discriminatory intent.
