Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- Former Cleveland police officers lost their challenge to the constitutionality of the city’s strict implementation of its retirement requirement for police officers who reach 65 years old when the Sixth Circuit found Tuesday that the city had shown its rigid exercise of the requirement was due to budget constraints and not age discrimination.
