SEC Probes Corinthian Colleges' Recruiting Bonuses

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 10:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has hit Corinthian Colleges Inc. with a subpoena for documents related to its compliance with U.S. Department of Education financial requirements, launching an investigation as the college emerges from litigation over its recruiting bonuses, according to a regulatory filing released Monday.
