Linklaters Can't Get Ex-Worker's Race Bias Case Tossed

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 11:31 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss a Title VII race bias suit brought against Linklaters LLP by a former employee, even though the Magic Circle firm said that the plaintiff missed the deadline for filing his U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charge.
