McDermott Seeks To Limit Client's Malpractice Claim

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP urged an Ohio federal court on Tuesday to limit the scope of a malpractice claim lodged by a trust for The Antioch Co. over the company's takeover by its employee stock ownership plan.
