Axiom Trademark Beef Gets New Shot In Ex-Employee Row

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 2:51 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge has reopened trademark and copyright infringement claims in a suit accusing a Chinese company and several former Axiom employees of making counterfeit Axiom devices and trying to steal its trademarks, saying Tuesday that new evidence Axiom introduces raises factual disputes.
