EPA Dragging Its Feet On Clean Air Data, Republicans Say

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 7:11 PM EDT) -- The ranking Republican on the Senate panel that vetted President Barack Obama's nominee to lead the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency asked the agency Wednesday when it would be releasing scientific data underlying federal clean air requirements, information the committee's Republicans have demanded since March.
