Ch. 11 Fee Rules Still Vex Bankruptcy Attys

Law360, Chicago (June 12, 2013, 10:14 PM EDT) -- The backlash against the U.S. Trustee Program’s new billing guidelines for large Chapter 11 cases has abated somewhat after changes to the initial proposal, but the final version left many bankruptcy attorneys still doubting the overhaul is necessary and questioning whether it will rein in rising fees as intended.
