Greenberg Traurig Shareholder To Advise NY Court On Judges

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The panel tasked with finding candidates to fill vacancies on New York's top court has hired Albany-based Greenberg Traurig LLP litigator Henry M. Greenberg to be its new counsel, its chairperson said on Wednesday.

Former New York Chief Judge Judith Kaye, who chairs the state's Commission on Judicial Nomination, made the announcement as she accepted the resignation New York City-based Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP commercial litigator Stephen P. Younger, who served in that role since 2008.
