Shell, Guanghui Sign JV For China LNG Import Facility

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC has signed a letter of intent with China's Guanghui Energy Co. Ltd. to explore the construction of a liquefied natural gas import terminal in eastern China with a potential multibillion dollar project cost, Shell's China division said Thursday.
