Law360, Houston (June 13, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Proceedings in a civil suit aimed at removing an indicted Texas judge from office were delayed Thursday after his lawyers asked for time to respond to new legal arguments advanced against their client, who was recently arrested on a ninth criminal charge of abusing his office.
