US, Ark. Sue Exxon Over Major Oil Spill From Pipeline

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 5:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government and the state of Arkansas launched a federal suit against ExxonMobil Corp. on Thursday over a recent pipeline breach that dumped thousands of gallons of oil into a Mayflower, Ark., neighborhood, demanding millions in potential civil fines and cleanup costs.
