Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Patton Boggs LLP was hit with a discrimination suit Wednesday by one of its former attorneys claiming it failed to accommodate his disability by sticking to a payment formula that punished him for having a back ailment that kept him from being able to work full-time.
