5th Circ. Judge's Misconduct Complaint Sent To DC Circ.

Law360, Chicago (June 13, 2013, 6:13 PM EDT) -- U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday transferred to the D.C. Circuit's judicial council a judicial misconduct complaint accusing Fifth Circuit Judge Edith Jones of making disparaging comments about minorities and the mentally disabled in a talk on the death penalty.
