Proskauer, Former CFO Reach Deal In Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 3:06 PM EDT) -- Proskauer Rose LLP and a former chief financial officer who slapped the firm with a discrimination suit in New York claiming she was marginalized and subsequently fired after taking medical leave for breast cancer treatment have settled her case, both sides told Law360 Friday.
