FTC Commissioners Blast McWane Price-Fixing Findings

Law360, Washington (August 22, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- Several members of the Federal Trade Commission on Thursday slammed an administrative law judge's decision that McWane Inc. did not conspire to fix prices for certain iron pipe fittings, saying during appeals arguments that the findings were "incredible" and had been viewed in a vacuum.
