NY Judicial Panel's Ex-Counsel Backs Diversity On High Court

Younger, who recently stepped down as counsel for New York's Commission on Judicial Nomination, said Tuesday that his signature achievement was helping to advance the panel's reach as it cast a wider net for more diverse candidates capable of filling vacancies on the state's highest court.
