Law360, Houston (June 20, 2013, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge indicted on criminal charges of abusing his office by retaliating against attorneys with whom he has personal conflicts agreed Thursday to be suspended from the bench without pay while the state builds its case for his permanent removal.
