Kohler Asks Judge To Throw Out $9.6M Patent Verdict

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- Kohler Co. on Tuesday asked a Massachusetts federal judge to throw out a $9.6 million jury verdict finding that its marine power generators include patent-infringing exhaust systems designed to reduce emissions, arguing the jury was unfairly prejudiced by references to allegedly defective and dangerous Kohler products.
