NJ Judge Who Helped Girlfriend Denies Misconduct

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey Superior Court judge did not practice law and, in turn, violate ethical standards by aiding his now-wife in legal disputes with the father of her two children, his attorney argued during a hearing Wednesday.
