HHS Updates Transplant Organ Screening Guidelines

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 3:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday released an updated guidelines on disease prevention for organ transplantation procedures, a move the agency said would help to further cut down on the transmission of several serious diseases.
