Fed. Circ. Upholds LCD Patent Win For AUO, Chimei

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reinforced a U.S. International Trade Commission ruling that AU Optronics Corp. and other liquid crystal display manufacturers didn't infringe five patents that Thomson Licensing SAS had asserted against them, holding that some of the claims were obvious.
