NJ Chief Justice Takes Aim At Delays In Criminal Courts

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 7:57 PM EDT) -- New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner on Wednesday announced the formation of a committee of 28 judges, litigators and court staff who will work on solutions to reduce delays in bringing criminal court cases to trial.

Justice Rabner announced the formation of the Supreme Court Joint Committee on Criminal Justice, which he will chair.
