ITC Bans Imports Of Sex Toys Found To Infringe Patent

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday ordered a ban on imports of sex toys made by several companies that the ITC found to infringe a patent held by Standard Innovation Corp.

The ruling bars companies including LELOi AB, known as Lelo, from importing vibrators that an ITC administrative law judge ruled earlier this year infringe the patent covering Standard Innovation's We-Vibe two-armed vibrator.
