Blackwater Hits Wiley Rein With $30M Suit

Law360 (January 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A $30 million legal malpractice lawsuit brought by Blackwater Security Consulting LLC against Wiley Rein LLP over the law firm's handling of a wrongful death suit stemming from the killings of four men working for Blackwater in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004 appears to be without merit, a Wiley Rein partner said Friday.
