FERC Greenlights ITC, Entergy $1.8B Transmission Deal

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday gave its blessing to the proposed $1.78 billion merger between electricity transmission company ITC Holdings Corp. and Entergy Corp.'s transmission business, saying the deal was consistent with the public interest and met the tests of its merger policy.
