FDA Hits Drug Repackager With Mislabeling Suit

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Thursday sued a drug repackaging company in Ohio federal court, alleging it had continually failed to fix processing problems highlighted in prior warnings by the regulator, resulting in the distribution of adulterated and mislabeled drugs.
