FERC Wants Changes To Fla. Transmission Planning Proposal

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday said a proposal by a group of Florida utilities to comply with a rule on transmission planning and cost allocation for public electricity transmission providers doesn't meet the rule's regional cost allocation requirements.
