Law360, Chicago (June 20, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday awarded Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP $4 million in fees for its work representing Radnor Holdings Corp., casting aside an objection from the defunct packaging company’s former CEO that accused the firm of broad misconduct in the case.
