Justices To Reconsider $50M Massey Case

Law360, New York (January 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals voted unanimously Thursday to rehear its reversal of a $50 million verdict against Massey Energy Co. for allegedly trying to run several smaller companies out of business, after photos surfaced of the Massey CEO and the chief justice vacationing together.
