Kenyon Hit Again With ITC Judge Royalties Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 20, 2013, 9:41 PM EDT) -- Intellectual property firm Kenyon & Kenyon LLP was hit again Thursday in New York state court with a suit by the widow of a U.S. International Trade Commission judge who wrote a legal treatise on unfair competition for which she claims Kenyon took credit.
