LPL Financial Adds Ex-SEC Director As General Counsel

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The former director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Boston office is joining a unit of LPL Financial Holdings Inc. as the independent broker-dealer's new managing director for legal and government relations and as general counsel, the firm said Thursday.
