Bill Would Force Agencies To Tackle Climate Change Together

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Two Democratic U.S. senators on Thursday introduced legislation that would require federal agencies to adopt a single, coordinated strategy for protecting the nation’s natural resources from the effects of climate change, as well as provide grants for local communities to deal with the issue.

The Safeguarding America’s Future and the Environment Act, introduced by Sens.
