South Korean Court Upholds Qualcomm, Intel Antitrust Fines

Law360, San Diego (June 21, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A South Korean court on Wednesday reportedly rejected Qualcomm Inc.'s bid to toss a fine from the country’s antitrust regulator for alleged unfair licensing practices related to chip-set sales and a petition by Intel Corp. to nix its fine for allegedly handing out rebates to computer makers.
