Stiefel Labs Beats Former Exec Suit Claiming $40M Con

Law360, Miami (June 21, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge granted summary judgment to Stiefel Laboratories Inc. on Friday, in a case brought against it by a former shareholder about his 2008 sale of shares back to the company, saying his claims were time-barred.
