High Court To Weigh EPA's Cross-State Emissions Rule

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 12:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday said it will hear the government's appeal of a D.C. Circuit decision striking down a federal cross-state air pollution rule that forced states to reduce emissions from power plants that travel across borders.
