High Court Won't Hear Licensing Suit Over DVD Content Filter

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal seeking to revive ClearPlay Inc.'s long-running dispute over the legal scope of a patent-licensing agreement and settlement with Nissim Corp. over the use of technology that censors objectionable content from DVDs.
