Fox Rothschild Expands Denver Practice With Lottner Rubin

Law360, San Francisco (June 24, 2013, 9:19 PM EDT) -- Philadelphia's Fox Rothschild will merge with Denver law firm Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul on July 1, taking on Lottner's 16-member team and its skills in real estate, corporate, tax law and litigation, the companies announced Monday.

Adding the Denver firm's 10 partners, five associates and one counsel will allow Fox Rothschild to expand its offerings both in Colorado and in the Mountain West region, the companies said.
