Tyco Accused Of Smear Campaign In Trade Secrets Row

Law360, Philadelphia (June 24, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- Three former executives who were sued by Tyco Integrated Security LLC for stealing trade secrets after leaving to join a rival hit back at the security firm Monday in Pennsylvania federal court, contending Tyco had launched a smear campaign to drive its competitor out of business.

In Monday's filing, Integrated Security & Communications Holding Group LLC, along with the three executives, denied all wrongdoing and leveled counterclaims that Tyco, formerly known as ADT Security Services, had spread word that Integrated Security was ailing.
