Forest Labs Sues Six More Companies Over Namenda

Law360, New York (January 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Forest Laboratories Inc. has filed another infringement suit against six generic drug makers, including Ranbaxy Inc. and Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., over a patent for its Alzheimer’s drug Namenda, just over two weeks after bringing patent infringement claims against seven other companies.
