Norton Rose Snags CFTC Vet For DC Office

Law360, Chicago (June 25, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- Newly merged megafirm Norton Rose Fulbright LLP has added a seasoned attorney from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a partner in its Washington office, it said Monday.

Terry Arbit spent 17 years at the CFTC, most recently as deputy general counsel, where he had a hand in the new derivatives rules mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act, the London-based firm said in a statement.
