Philip Morris To Sue Thailand Over Cigarette Warning Labels

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 2:21 PM EDT) -- A Philip Morris Inc. international unit said Tuesday that it intends to sue the Thai government to block a new rule that would increase the size of graphic warning labels on packs of cigarettes in that country, arguing that the change will damage its brand.
