ACLU Wants Federal Probe Of Fla. Drug Database

Law360, Miami (June 25, 2013, 8:06 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida wants the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to investigate the state's prescription drug monitoring program following the release of the records of 3,300 patients to third parties during a drug investigation last month.
