GCs' Satisfaction With Primary Firms Continues To Drop

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 10:38 PM EDT) -- In-house counsel's satisfaction with their primary outside law firms is dropping fast, according to survey data released Tuesday, as more corporate law departments send colleagues to their more responsive secondary firms.

Interviews with 300 general counsel at Fortune 1000 companies found that 31.4 percent recommend one of their primary legal representatives to their peers, according to a survey conducted by the Wellesley, Mass.-based BTI Consulting Group.
