Suspended Pa. Judge Loses Pay In Misconduct Case

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia judge charged with failing to disclose legal and financial information, including a contempt of court charge in a campaign finance dispute, had his salary revoked in addition to having his suspension reaffirmed on Tuesday.

The one-page per curiam order from the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline strips Court of Common Pleas Judge Thomas Nocella of his salary and benefits, which he had been drawing since he was suspended by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in November.
