Trade Pact Mustn't Threaten Tobacco Regs, Groups Tell USTR

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Public health groups urged the new U.S. trade representative Monday to ensure that the tobacco-control measures of the United States and the Pacific countries preparing to sign a free-trade deal could not be misconstrued as trade barriers and overturned under the pact.
