Judge Won't Reconsider Appleton's CERCLA Claim Bid

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal judge Tuesday refused to reconsider a ruling that Appleton Papers Inc. can't sue for recovery of cleanup costs at the Lower Fox River Superfund site, saying that as an indemnitor, it doesn't have independent standing.
