Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2013, 8:55 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday blocked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from enforcing the Affordable Care Act’s requirement that employer-provided health insurance cover emergency contraceptives against Beckwith Electric Co. Inc., citing likelihood of injury under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
