Gov't Attys Can Advise On Sequestration Furloughs: NJ Panel

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 10:17 PM EDT) -- New Jersey's Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics ruled Tuesday that New Jersey lawyers working for government agencies can advise their employers on work furloughs related to sequestration cuts, saying a conflict of interest is not created even as the furloughs may affect them personally.
