Bankruptcy Court Bungled Damages Owed, 7th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 9:28 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday reversed the dismissal of an adversary suit against WOW Logistics Co. alleging it helped a Pro-Pac Inc. employee breach his fiduciary duties by diverting business to a competitor, finding that the dismissal hinged on a bankruptcy court’s botched calculation of damages.
